Simple Present Tense

goes jogging every morning.

Simple Past Tense
Sharon
went jogging last evening.

Simple future Tense

Sharon
will go jogging tomorrow morning.

Present Perfect Tense

Peter
has done his assignment.

Past Perfect Tense

Peter
had done his assignment before he watched his favorite TV programs.

Present Perfect Continuous Tense

David
has been talking on the phone for almost two hours.

Past Perfect Continuous Tense

The truck
had been speeding before it crashed into the lamppost.

Present Continuous Tense

The children
are swimming in the pool now.

Past Continuous Tense

The children
were swimming in the pool an hour ago.

Future Continuous Tense
They children
will be swimming in the pool again tomorrow evening.

Future Perfect Tense

"The train
will have gone by the time you reach the platform if you don't hurry," Mrs Lee warned her daughter, Jane.

Causative Form
The table is blocking the way. Please
have it removed.
